Returns and Exchanges:
Any item that is found to be faulty* or defective will be issued a replacement. Where there is no longer stock available, a full refund of the purchase price will be given.
Exchanges of a faulty item are accepted to the value of the purchase price, less the postage. Returned items must be sent via registered or express mail.
No exchanges or returns are allowed on earrings due to health and safety, so please choose carefully.
Change of mind, or sizing exchanges are accepted within Australia. Contact must be made within 5 days of receipt, and items must be in original unworn condition. Change of mind or sizing exchanges cannot be offered internationally so please ensure you have double checked the measurements listed.
*Goods are faulty if they were received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, when available. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
